EPGY斯坦福大学天赋少年教育计划

斯坦福大学天赋少年教育计划暑期高中专业课程专为高中学生所设计。课程由名校斯坦福大学教授亲自教导，学生除了可以和来自世界各国的优秀高中生齐聚一堂共同学习外，还可参与各种校内活动，走访北加州文化景点。体会美国大学的上课实况、深度了解美国大学的生活与文化外，更可为自己规划未来就学方向及早做准备。

课程与日期

I.ArtificialIntelligence-ArtificialIntelligenceinmanyformshasbeenagoalofmankindeversincethedawnofputing.Thiscoursewillexploresomeofthemodernputationaltechniquesusedinengineeringmachinescapableofrationaldecisionmaking,perception,andlearning.Topicswillincludeknowledgerepresentation,logic,searchalgorithms,constraint-satisfactionproblems,andmachinelearning.Studentswillhavehandsonprogrammingassignmentstoimplementmanyofthealgorithmsintroducedinthecourse.

Prerequisite(s)

Thiscourseassumesapreviouscourseorextensiveexperienceinputerprogramming,aswellasmathematicsthroughpre-calculus.

Age

II.JavaandRobotics-Thiscourseisageneralintroductiontoputerscienceandprogrammingwitharoboticsponent.ThecoursecoverstheessentialsyntaxofJava,aswellassomemonlyusedJavapackages,anditemphasizestheadvantagesofobject-orientedprogramming.Studentswritebothstand-aloneprogramsandapplets,andtheygettoworkwiththeLEG0WindstormsRoboticsInventionSystem.

Prerequisite(s)

pletionofanalgebracourse.Nopriorexperienceinprogrammingisassumed.

Age13–15

课外活动

周间进行各种课外活动，包括团体球类运动、室内与室外游戏、棋类竞赛、才艺表演、音乐、社交舞、美术、健行以及购物等。周末参访旧金山湾区著名文化景点，例如Capitola滨海城市、Exploratorium科学博物馆、旧金山现代美术馆、以及金门大桥等。
